Add 100g (4 level scoops) to 1 pint (560ml) of cold skimmed milk or water then blend using a blender or shaker bottle. Our recommended serving will make a large rich shake, however you may wish to consider 1/2 or 3/4 serving, which may be easier to consume post workout.
