Q: How do I shop online with First Choice Supplements?
A: You can browse via keyword, category or manufacturer. Shopping is easy, help and advice is always at hand. Once you have chosen the product which is right for you simply place the product in you basket and you will be redirected to the basket, from here you can either carry on shopping or proceed to the checkout.

Q. How do I read and use reviews?
A: Click on the supplement of your choice, then simply click the review tab on the product page, here you can read other customers reviews or add your own to help other customers who shop with us.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?
A: At First Choice Supplements we endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail newsletters, you can easily unsubscribe from the newsletters by using the newsletter form on the website and clicking unsubscribe.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. This will depend on the delivery option that you select. 95% of our orders will be delivered within 72 hours unless you pay for Premium delivery (1-2 working days) in that case it usually arrives next working day if you order before 2pm.

Q. Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?
A: It is 100% safe to shop with us, once you've chosen your products you can pay through PayPal, you will be redirected to a secure server to send your payment. The details are immediately encrypted and processed. We do not manually process card details through a terminal or store card details on a server. We believe our system to be of the very latest method to date.

Q. What time of day will my order arrive?
A: We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as Capsule products and Creatine up to 1kg. These should arrive with you at your normal “Post Man” delivery time. For larger items over 1kg we use Initial City Link; they operate between 9.00am and 8.00pm at night.

Q. Can I have it sent to my work address?
A: Yes, most of customer takes advantage of this. Alternatively you can request during the checkout process for you supplements to be left safe with a neighbour.

Q. Do I need to sign for the parcel?
A: Yes all items do have to be signed for. This way we know you have received you parcel, and that your parcel has arrived safely.

Q. Are all you items in stock?
A: We try our best to keep all products in stock, we have staff working to keep the website up to date to make sure, if in the unlikely event we do run out of stock you the customer should know about it.

Q. What if my Supplements are smashed up in the post?
A. Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 24 hours and provide an image. We will replace any damaged goods.
